Life Lessons

My friend Michele said this to me the other day... we were discussing a (not so good situation) that happened to us in the past. So happy we both learned from it.

I used my paper scrap pile to create this and a tiny bit of ink on the hand.

Carrot Car

I did this bunny and carrot car using paper scraps. I don't know what it is but I am just not loving the background. I can't let it go so I am probably going to change it.

I have several more animals and cars that I am working on so hopefully I will get the background figured out. What do you think?

Sunflowers

I'm done! Yep, I have cramps for cutting paper. These pictures are not that great but I thought I would share anyway.

This piece took me about 10 hours! It took so long because of the size 36x36 and the leaves.

Ship In A Bottle

Here is some new artwork I recently finished up. I did it using most of my paper scraps from my huge pile (seriously... huge pile).

9x12
paper

I cut the brown paper around the edges kinda loosey goosey and didn't really worry about making the outline perfect. You can really see that on  the sails. My youngest was looking at this and told me, "Ships are made to explore Mom". Score...he totally gets it!
