Ran Hwang-Wonderful!

Dreaming of Joy by Ran Hwang: Made of thousands of red buttons each secured by a pin to a wooden panel, the artist's painstaking execution is akin to a monk practicing Zen. The piece was only complete when the bird was surrounded by a 'cage'.

New Buttons SCORE!

I am about to get crafty soon. I scored these buttons while thrifting and antiquing with a friend. I have a few projects that involve felt, remnant fabrics and embroidery floss.
Am I a bit off-balance when buttons make my day? Oh, nuts I don't care (I'm sure there is a club I can join for this sort of thing).
