Houston Art Car Parade Rolled In

The 23rd annual Art Car Parade rolled into Houston this past weekend and it was a fun time. From what I understand it's the world’s oldest and largest art car parade with crowds estimated at 250,000! I was so happy because we found easy (but expensive) parking and it wasn't hot...that's a big deal here.

Here is my Ryan as the parade started

Amber Eagle's "Lady Transportation" is queen of the road

Houston Grand Opera's art car 'Bromhilda'

This was one of my favorites...Art Car "Oojah"

from San Francisco "Radio Flyer."

Art Car "Stumper"

This car was spreading global peace...check out her awesome hair!

There were so many people dancing, singing, rollerskating, biking and just having a great time. You really couldn't help enjoying yourself because the atmosphere was too good.
